Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Do we have an exchange policy?

   At Dynasty Mane, we understand that selecting the perfect color can be challenging when choosing from a computer screen. We are pleased to offer an exchange for your unopened Dynasty Mane Hair Extension set for the correct color within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. For hygienic reasons, we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. Note: Include the TESTER portion from your set as it is part of the full set of extensions. The TESTER piece must not be dyed, cut, or altered to qualify for a refund or a color exchange.

  1. May I exchange my order?

   We are happy to accommodate exchanges for hair extensions that have NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with. You may exchange your Dynasty Mane Hair Extensions order ONLY if they remain unopened and within their original packaging within thirty (30) days of receiving your order. Our hair extensions are packaged with a special security seal that indicates if the extensions have been removed from their cardboard backing.

 

  1. Why are Dynasty Mane Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?

   Human hair extensions are a hygienic product. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients. This policy is consistent with other hair extension suppliers.

 

  1. How can I exchange my hair extensions for the right color?

   Please contact us first at [info@dynastymane.com] within thirty (30) days of your exchange period. All Dynasty Mane Hair Extensions must be shipped back unopened in their original packaging without any defacement to qualify for an exchange. Include a copy of your invoice with your return. We will then provide you with our return address and instructions for sending your item to our facility, where the item will be inspected to confirm eligibility for an exchange. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.

 

  1. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?

   You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a tracking number as Dynasty Mane will not be responsible for lost returns. Please indicate “RETURN, NO DUTIES” on the package if you are an international customer.

 

  1. When will I receive my exchange?

   Once we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, we will send you the different color hair extensions.

 

  1. What is the exchange period?

   We provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within thirty (30) days of the date you receive your hair extensions.
